Key Responsibilities

- Work on engineering and technology projects based on client requirements and project objectives.
- Understand technical requirements, specifications, and project deliverables.
- Develop, implement, test, and support solutions within the assigned technical domain.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, project management, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyse technical challenges and develop practical and effective solutions.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, testing, validation, and documentation activities.
- Ensure deliverables meet defined quality, performance, and customer requirements.
- Identify potential technical risks, issues,



and dependencies and communicate them proactively.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical and production-related issues.
- Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Follow established engineering processes, quality standards, and project methodologies.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and engineering best practices.
- Stay updated with relevant technologies, tools, standards, and industry developments.
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure consistent quality and timely completion.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 3+ years of skilled experience in engineering, IT, technology, or a relevant technical domain.
- Solid technical fundamentals and practical experience in your area of specialization.
- Experience working on client-facing or engineering delivery projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Good understanding of engineering or software development processes, depending on the assigned domain.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
