Job Responsibilities :

- Support District Programme Coordinator and field implementation partners in development of quarterly and monthly work-plans as per Annual Work Plan of Implementation Partner
- Visit the field regularly, to assess the fidelity of implementation, quality and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder engagement: Support partners and Government functionaries at the Block level to ensure delivery against agreed milestones and targets, identify gaps in delivery, and take corrective measures to reduce implementation gaps.
- Community Engagement: Support field implementation partner to rollout ECCE specific community engagement activities like (ECCE day, Community meetings) and parental engagement activities, in close coordination with Govt. functionaries, and in alignment with agreed design
- Data:



Follow up with and support partners as required to ensure programme data is captured accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in monthly ICDS sector meetings and support in building the capacity of field team.
- Provide inputs to technical leads on key initiatives, to address context-specific needs of stakeholders in the district

Education Requirement :

- Post Graduate degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirement :

- 8-12 Years
