We are looking for an accomplished Finance Digitalisation Programmer Leader to lead enterprise-wide finance transformation and data transformation initiatives. This senior leadership role is suited for a strategic technology and finance transformation professional who can bridge business objectives, financial processes, data, and digital technologies to deliver measurable improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in modernising finance functions, leading large-scale digital programmes, and driving data-led transformation across complex organisations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the finance digitalisation and transformation strategy aligned with broader business objectives.
- Drive large-scale financial transformation and data transformation programmes across finance functions.
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, standardise, and digitise finance processes.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of finance technology platforms, digital solutions, and transformation initiatives.
- Develop strategies for finance data architecture, governance, integration, quality, and accessibility.
- Transform complex financial data into reliable, actionable insights for business and leadership teams.
- Partner with CFO organisations, Finance leadership, CIO/CTO teams, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
- Translate finance requirements into technology roadmaps, solution architectures, and implementation plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams and strategic technology partners through programme delivery.
- Establish programme governance, milestones, KPIs, risk management, and perks realisation frameworks.
- Drive integration of finance systems with enterprise applications, data platforms, and reporting ecosystems.
- Promote the adoption of analytics, automation, AI, and other emerging technologies within finance.




- Ensure digital finance solutions meet requirements for security, compliance, data governance, and auditability.
- Identify transformation risks, dependencies, and opportunities and proactively address them.
- Manage senior stakeholders and communicate programme progress, business impact, and strategic recommendations.
- Build scalable operating models and continuously improve finance technology capabilities.
- Evaluate new technologies and industry practices to identify opportunities for further finance transformation.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 17+ years of experience across finance transformation, digital transformation, technology leadership, data transformation, or related enterprise programmes.
- Proven track record of leading complex financial transformation and finance digitalisation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, enterprise technology, data platforms, and digital operating models.
- Extensive experience leading data transformation, data governance, integration, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
- Strong ability to connect business strategy with technology solutions and measurable transformation outcomes.
- Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programmes involving senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of process automation, enterprise applications, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, programme leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively at C-suite and senior leadership levels and influence transformation decisions.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with a focus on measurable ROI and operational improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technology and data concepts for business stakeholders.
- Solid change-management mindset and ability to drive adoption across finance and enterprise teams.
- Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams is an advantage.
