Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of assigned business and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Support the development and improvement of processes required to scale a fast-growing quick-commerce business.
- Analyse business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-impact projects.
- Track key performance indicators and use data to support decision-making and prioritisation.
- Identify operational gaps, customer pain points, and opportunities to improve the overall experience.
- Contribute to building repeatable systems and workflows that support business growth.




- Manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment while maintaining high execution standards.
- Take initiative in solving problems and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Continuously experiment, learn, and improve processes based on business and customer feedback.
