Job Description & Summary:

As part of the Technology Consulting -Business Applications - Oracle Practice team, we leverage opportunities around digital disruption, new age operating model and best-in-class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients
Responsibilities:
- Technical Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion technical solutions.
- Develop and support:
- OTBI Reports
- BI Publisher Reports
- Oracle Fusion Analytics
- SQL and PL/SQL components
- Create custom extracts and data migration solutions.
- Integrations
- Develop integrations using:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- ADFDI
- Integrate Oracle Fusion with third-party applications.
- Data Conversion & Migration
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
- Support legacy-to-Fusion migration initiatives.
- Validate and reconcile migrated data.
- Customization & Extensions
- Develop Fusion application extensions and customizations.
- Configure Flexfields (DFF, EFF).
- Support Oracle Visual Builder and Application Composer customizations where applicable.
- Support & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
- Analyze root causes and implement resolutions.
- Participate in system upgrades and patch testing.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and project teams.
- Gather technical requirements and prepare technical design documents.
- Participate in solution design and code reviews.
