As a PMO you will get hands-on exposure to project planning, tracking, reporting, operations, and coordination while working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing project-level updates and tracking overall project health.

- Support project teams in ensuring timely delivery of client commitments and milestones.

- Assist with resource allocation, team alignment, and project coordination.

- Coordinate and track project/client escalations and follow-ups.

- Manage and maintain project trackers, reports, and dashboards using Excel.

- Support operations teams with data, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.

- Assist C-Suite and senior stakeholders with project updates, reports, and follow-ups.

- Support CRM-related activities and maintain relevant project/client information.

- Work with Jira for project,



task, and progress tracking.

- Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Develop a basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality requirements.

- Bring a techno-functional mindset to understand both business requirements and technology-driven project activities.

- Stay organized, follow up on action items, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.

Requirements

Experience: project experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, Technology, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

- Basic understanding of project management and PMO concepts.

- Good organizational and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with Jira, CRM tools, or project management platforms is an advantage.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage trackers, follow-ups, and multiple tasks.

- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality.





- Techno-functional mindset with an interest in understanding both business and technology.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and proactively follow up.

Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
