Core Responsibilities

- Generate Life, Health, and General Insurance business through the agency channel

- Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents

- Manage and motivate a team of advisors to achieve sales targets

- Drive branch revenue, productivity, and profitability

- Provide ongoing sales support, field coaching, and performance monitoring

- Conduct training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance

- Build solid customer and advisor relationships

- Ensure branch operations follow company and regulatory guidelines

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics

- Develop local market strategies for business expansion
