We are looking for an experienced IT Service Specialist / IT Service Manager (Siemens Comos) to manage, support, and evolve the Comos engineering platform. In this role, you will drive service delivery, lead development initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and work closely with engineering and business teams to enable digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage maintenance and support of Siemens Comos services

Lead Comos development, deployment, and enhancement initiatives

Manage service providers and software vendors

Coordinate global key-user networks and stakeholders

Support engineering process development and digitalization initiatives

Contribute to system integrations and platform improvements

Ensure reliable, cost-effective service delivery aligned with ITSM practices

Requirements

What We're Looking For

5+ years of hands-on Siemens Comos experience





Experience with Comos administration, customization, scripting, or support

Strong understanding of Plant Engineering systems

Experience with PLM and Engineering platforms (Teamcenter experience is a plus)

Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, Incident, Change, and Service Management practices

Experience leading deployments, upgrades, and development projects

Solid vendor management and stakeholder communication skills

Excellent English communication skills
