Medusind Solutions India Private Limited is seeking a motivated Senior Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Delivery_Medical RCM_Ops Management team in Mumbai. Working the night shift (8 pm‑5 am or 5:30 pm‑2:30 am), you will engage in outbound voice interactions with insurance carriers, manage claim‑status inquiries, process denial documentation, and support various voice‑based processes such as patient calling and provider outreach. The role demands accuracy, speed, and teamwork while adhering to client SLAs and Medusind’s compliance standards.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to insurance carriers for claim status and eligibility verification.
- Document denials and initiate appropriate follow‑up actions.
- Contact insurers based on appointments received from clients.
- Generate and review outstanding claims and accounts receivable reports.
- Follow up on unpaid claims by contacting insurance companies.
- Handle any voice‑based process as required (e.g., patient calling, provider outreach).




- Maintain daily activity logs with precision.
- Achieve assigned targets while meeting client SLA requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shared objectives.
- Escalate issues to senior staff promptly and comply with security and quality policies.

Qualifications

- Any undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of voice‑based experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts (8 pm‑5 am or 5:30 pm‑2:30 am).
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of medical billing and insurance processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office and client‑specific software.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
