- 12+ years in Network Engineering
- Robust WAN operations experience in large enterprises or telecom providers
- Solid Level 2 support background (incidents, problems)
- Expert Cisco router skills (config, troubleshooting)
- Strong WAN infrastructure knowledge (MPLS, VPN, IPSec)
- L2 support for WAN access incidents/problems
- Daily management of WAN / global telecom operator (e.g. NTT)
- Support Backbone and network monitoring
- Manage WAN changes and new site deployments
- Ensure network compliance & security
Nice-to-have
- Experience with global operators (Orange, Bouygues, NTT)
- Track record in process improvement
- Background in large industrial / global corporate environments
- Knowledge of network compliance frameworks and permanent controls
- Experience in a Network Control Center (NCC) or similar ops center
