As our Email UI/UX Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing the visual experience of every email our customers receive. Working closely with our Email & SMS Marketing Specialists, Creative Team, and Ecommerce Managers, you'll transform campaign concepts into beautifully designed emails that inspire customers to open, click, and purchase. This role is equal parts designer and conversion optimizer. You'll create compelling layouts, product showcases, promotional graphics, and mobile-first experiences while ensuring every email aligns with each brand's unique identity. From product launches and seasonal campaigns to automated customer journeys, your work will directly influence millions of customer interactions each year. We're looking for someone who understands that successful email design isn't just about aesthetics—it's about guiding attention, reducing friction, and creating experiences that convert.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-performing email campaigns across multiple ecommerce brands.
- Create visually engaging layouts for promotional, lifecycle, and automated email flows.
- Design mobile-first email experiences optimized for every device.
- Collaborate with Email & SMS Marketing Specialists to bring campaign strategies to life.
- Produce email graphics,



banners, GIFs, product callouts, and promotional assets.
- Maintain consistency with each brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
- Optimize email layouts for click-through rate, readability, and conversion.
- Work with developers to ensure designs render consistently across major email clients.
- Build reusable email design systems and component libraries.
- Assist in A/B testing layouts, creative concepts, and visual hierarchy.
- Stay current with email design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Continuously improve design workflows using AI and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of professional graphic design or email design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing email marketing and digital design work.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing responsive, mobile-first email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms specifically, Klaviyo.
- Basic understanding of HTML email structure and design limitations.
- Experience designing for ecommerce brands is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and production accuracy.
- Solid organizational and project management skills.
