Job Description
Festivals From India and Art X Company are hiring for a Recruitment Projects Coordinator to join our team and support our recruitment and community growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys engaging with people, leveraging technology, and managing operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving recruitment projects, community engagement, and talent acquisition strategies.
Please note:
- The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
- This is an in office, full-time position based in Mumbai.
- Salary band for this role is available upon request.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Economics, Commerce, History, Literature or a related field.
- Relevant Certifications (preferred, but not required): Courses or certifications in recruitment, HR, project management.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Essential Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in community management, recruitment, talent acquisition, project coordination, HR operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, job postings, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Proficiency with digital and workplace tools, including Zoho Recruit, project management platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and basic website or CMS management.
- Prior experience working in a structured organisation, with an understanding of administrative processes, documentation, coordination, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of or experience in the arts, culture, creative industries, or community-led organisations,
with an interest in supporting diverse and inclusive creative ecosystems.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications: MA History of Art or MA Museology, Conservation of Art/Heritage, BFA/MFA, or MSc. In Chemistry from a recognised University Strong communication skills, with written and verbal proficiency in English Knowledge of at least one vernacular Indian language is ideal Competency in using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Essential Experience: 3-5 years of experience, ideally with an art gallery, museum or a private art collection Prior experience working with mixed media, managing physical artworks Prior experience working for a structured company Key Personal Attributes & Skills: Creative individual with drive, sincerity and ability to work efficiently and accurately according to instruction Ability to collaborate and work with a team to achieve common goals Highly organised and detail-oriented with good observation skills Values of adaptability and sincerity are critical A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills Conscientious attitude with the ability to handle precious objects with care Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
