Responsibilities:
Daily Asset Intake & QC
- Upload PDPs, campaign assets, retouched files, and video content to the DAM across all six e.l.f. Beauty brands - ensuring every asset enters the system through the proper intake workflow.
- QC retouched images coming in from retouchers - visually verify files against creative briefs, check technical specs (resolution, color profile, file format), and flag rejections back to the creative team.
- QC filenames against e.l.f. naming conventions on every asset ingested - correct or reject files that don't comply before they enter the DAM.
- Ensure metadata is mapping correctly to assets - verify that automated metadata mapping (from filename, folder structure, or upload template) captures the right fields; manually correct mismapped or missing metadata.
- Metadata & Taxonomy Maintenance
- Maintain custom fields, tags, and controlled vocabularies - keep dropdown lists, category tags, brand fields, and other controlled vocabularies current as new products, campaigns, and brands launch.
- Support metadata cleanup and enrichment projects - execute batch metadata updates, tag corrections, and legacy asset cleanup as directed by the Platform Manager.
- Support daily user requests - answer end-user questions about finding assets, uploading files, and navigating the DAM; escalate configuration or permissions issues to the Platform Manager.
