Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, customer service, sales, team coordination, inventory, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations.
- Handle customers and provide excellent service and product guidance.
- Assist customers in selecting bridal and designer wear as per their requirements.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate and supervise sales/store staff.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and daily activities.
- Maintain proper stock and inventory records.
- Monitor product movement, stock availability, and store displays.
- Coordinate customer orders, fittings, alterations, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with designers, tailors, vendors, and internal teams.




- Ensure proper presentation and display of bridal and designer collections.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist with billing, sales reports, and daily store reports.
- Ensure the store is maintained properly and professionally.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing sales and operational strategies.
- Take responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of retail/store operations.
- Experience in fashion, bridal wear, boutique, or designer wear will be preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Store Management / Assistant Store Management / Retail.
- Candidates from fashion boutiques, bridal stores, designer wear, or premium retail will be preferred.
- Graduation preferred.
- Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad.
- Strong customer service, sales, coordination, and team-handling skills are required.
