1. MonthlyCalculation & payment ofMotor Insurancecommission.

2. Close coordination with stake holders to understand queries and ensure closure within TAT

3. Preparation of daily MIS & Query reports

4. Maintainingmultiple data masters used for payout calculations

5. Handling total policy level payment reconciliations

6. Maintainingpayment reports monthly, quarterly & Yearly of all channels with proper remarks

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

1. Graduate / MBA from reputed institution

2. Experience in working on R / SAS

3. Advanced excel, VBA & Macros

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;

1. Candidate should haveexperienceof5+ years in a commissioncomputation &automationprocess;

2. Shouldbe aware of general insurance products. Experience in Motor Insurance is highly desired

3. Candidate should haveanalytical approach to understand problem areas and develop updated reports to reduce & track query volume
