- Best optimized offer preparation and accurate make and discount to be consider while making offer
- Submission of offer and tentative GA to inside sales team, demand pending prices from purchase team and datasheets if any new make or item added in BOM
- Validation of technical datasheets of items selected in BOM as well as mapping the items with control philosophy and customer requirement prior to submission of offers.
- Meetings with customers or site visits for technical knowledge exchange or understanding applications at the offer stage.
- On time submission of offers and GA as per priority given by senior engineer/manager or sales team
- Commercial comparison and loss factor analysis to improve the winning ratio of orders
- Optimum usage of Insta quote software for error free submission of BOM, feeder qty, cat references and Qty. to design team and customers.
