As a Data Classification Associate, you will perform various duties related to data entry. To meet this requirement, members of staff need to be willing and able to work at times other than and in addition to the regularly scheduled workweek, should the need arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter required data in accordance with detailed data entry guidelines and project-
specific requirements.
- This key function requires learning and adhering to: General data entry guidelines that define how different fields should be entered for designated tag groups.
- Transcription-specific guidelines that define the requirements for each transcription type and the associated data entry rules.
- Perform quality control reviews of data entry work and other production-related activities completed by team members to identify, document, and correct errors.
- Review computer-based images and accurately identify content that requires transcription and data entry based on client requirements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while meeting established quality and performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training, knowledge assessments, and process updates to ensure
consistently high-quality work.
What You'll Bring to Numerator
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
- Graduate degree or higher in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in reading, interpreting, and transcribing purchase receipts, prescriptions, or similar documents.
- Fluent Korean reading and writing skills; speaking proficiency preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong typing skills in both Korean and English (minimum 40+ WPM).
- Solid critical thinking skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Quality-focused mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and ensure data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team workplace.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is an advantage.
Shift Times
- Shifts are scheduled five days per week, with rotational weekend and holiday coverage based on business and client requirements.
- Candidates must be flexible and willing to work morning, evening, or night shifts, as well as other shift schedules as required by business needs.
