U.S. Accounting Associate

Core Taxit Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced U.S. Accounting Associate to support accounting and financial reporting for U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger accounting for assigned clients.
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support the Finance/Accounting team with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Record accruals, prepaids, payroll entries, fixed assets, and other accounting adjustments.
- Review books for classification errors, unreconciled balances, and unusual transactions.
- Prepare accounting workpapers and schedules for the U.S. tax team.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain information and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support and guide junior team members, as needed.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and accrual accounting.
- Experience with U.S. accounting and U.S.-based clients preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Strong Excel, reconciliation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a client-service environment.
