JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Delhi NCR

We are seeking a senior-level Business Development professional responsible for expanding our client base, generating new business opportunities, and growing client relationships. The role requires strong networking capabilities, financial markets' knowledge, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

- Identify and acquire current clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, UHNI/HNI clients, and corporates. Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry gatherings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 10+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or relationship management in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of engaging and acquiring Family Offices, HNI, and UHNI clients.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude, along with excellent communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred.
