- Lead and manage offline & online sales to achieve business targets.
- Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage distributors, dealers, key accounts and online marketplaces.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue, inventory and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead the sales team and ensure target achievement.
- Drive brand growth across traditional, e-commerce and Q-commerce channels
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and team management skills.
- Experience in both offline & online sales preferred.
