Role Description

n This is a full-time, in office role for a Group Fitness Instructor at Sol Fitness Resorts, located in Arcot. The Group Fitness Instructor will design and lead engaging group exercise classes, provide personalized fitness guidance, and ensure a positive workout experience for all participants. Responsibilities include creating effective exercise routines, ensuring participant safety,



and fostering a community-driven and motivational atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
n
- Knowledge and skills in Personal Training and the Fitness Industry
n
- Strong Customer Service skills to foster positive participant relationships
n
- Ability to create safe, effective, and engaging workout plans
n
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
n
- Relevant certifications in fitness instruction or personal training are preferred
n
- Experience or ability to adapt to an on-site work environment in a resort setting
n
- A passion for wellness and a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals
