Ginfra is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth across construction & real estate, infrastructure & development, engineering & projects, and government/defense infrastructure - including military/defense projects.

THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who can open doors with government bodies, PSUs, EPC contractors, and defense agencies, and turn relationships into a strong, sustainable order book.



You'll own the full business development cycle — from market mapping to tender wins to long-term account growth — across infrastructure and defense-linked projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across construction, real estate, infrastructure, engineering, and government/defense sectors
• Build and manage relationships with key government departments, PSUs, EPC contractors, consultants, and defense agencies
• Lead end-to-end tender and bid management - prospect identification, pre-qualification, proposal development, and submission
• Track and respond to RFPs/RFQs and government e-procurement/tender portals (e.g. GeM, CPPP)
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, working closely with engineering, estimation, and project delivery teams
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot emerging opportunities and inform growth strategy
• Represent Ginfra at industry events, client meetings, and tenders across Hyderabad, Delhi, and other regional markets
• Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting using CRM/ERP tools
