Description

- Handle the South Zone TP, TPFLP Claims cases.

- Responsible to Identify, Analyze and assess the risk associated with Motor TP & TP FLP.

- Field visit of TP & TP FLP

- Coordinate with police.

- Coordinate with other internal team like Underwriting and claims to review the current triggers, set new triggers based up on new experiences & identified frauds.

- Work with IT and Data Analysis team for system developments and data analysis.

- System UAT.

- Risk Management and Loss Minimization,

- Fraud detection and controlling,

- Data Auditing,

- Team Building and leadership,

- Problem solving,

- Vendor Relationship Building

- Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
