Required Skills & Experience
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, and Defect Analysis.
Proficiency in test planning, test execution, and defect lifecycle management.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Good knowledge of SQL for data validation, backend testing, troubleshooting, and database verification.
Prior experience in the Banking / BFSI domain is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.




Execute test plans and validate application functionality against defined requirements.
Identify, log, track, and manage defects using the designated Defect Management Tool.
Perform retesting and validation of defects after fixes are deployed.
Monitor and update project testing progress and status reports.
Provide daily testing updates and progress reports to the Onsite and Offshore Test Managers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and successful project delivery.
