Description

Weatherford is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Field Specialist to support field operations, equipment maintenance, and service delivery at customer wellsites. The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing operations safely and efficiently while ensuring the highest levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

- Adhere to all HSE, Quality, Security, and Compliance standards.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
- Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.

Operations

- Plan, prepare, mobilize, execute, and document field service activities.
- Operate, test, maintain, and troubleshoot tools and equipment.
- Monitor operational data and recommend technical solutions.
- Complete job reports, service tickets, and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Manage inventory and materials required at the wellsite.
- Support equipment failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).




- Deliver exceptional service quality and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support as required.

Technical Support

- Apply mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic principles to field operations.
- Perform engineering calculations and technical checks when required.
- Support installation and commissioning of field equipment.
- Mentor and guide junior field personnel.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of:
- Mechanics
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- Electricity & Electronics
- Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry
- Computer Fundamentals

Preferred

- Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical/Vocational School.
