Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

- Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
- Generate accurate reports for management review and business analysis.
- Ensure timely submission of business performance reports.

Data Analysis
- Analyze trends, performance metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.
- Support management with analytical reports for strategic decisions.

Dashboard & Automation
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Create data visualizations for easy interpretation of business performance.

Database & Records Management
- Maintain data repositories and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor data quality and accuracy across systems.




- Keep records updated and accessible for stakeholders.

Cross-functional Support
- Coordinate with various departments to gather required information.
- Support HR, Operations, Sales, Finance, or other functions with MIS requirements.
- Assist management during audits, reviews, and business planning exercises.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Report accuracy rate.
- Timeliness of report submission.
- Dashboard utilization and effectiveness.
- Data quality and compliance.
- Automation and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or related roles.
- Experience in handling large datasets and reporting systems.
