Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Design the yearly marketing plan to support company revenue and growth goals.

- Brand Oversight: Protect the brand identity and make sure messaging stays clear across all channels.

- Campaign Management: Run both online and offline (ATL/BTL) marketing campaigns.

- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and hire marketing team members.

- Budget Control: Manage the marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI).

Requirements & Skills
