About the Role We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to own customer queries end-to-end — from academy questions (fees, schedules, trials) to venue/booking issues (slots, cancellations, refunds) — across phone, WhatsApp, and email. What You'll Do Customer Query Resolution (Calls, WhatsApp & Email)
Handle up to 150 inbound and outbound calls per day, plus WhatsApp and email queries
escalate complex issues with full context
Complaint & Escalation Management
Log every query/complaint in the CRM/ticketing tracker




Flag recurring issues to the Operations Head for process fixes
Coordinate with Academy Managers, Venue/Facility teams, and Finance
Share weekly reports with the Operations Head
1–3 years in customer service, customer support, or coordination (voice/chat/email)
~ Comfortable handling multiple channels at once, including up to 150 calls/day
~ Strong spoken and written English and Hindi
~ Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, email, and basic CRM/ticketing tools
~ A sports-first, high-energy work culture
