Customer Relationship Executive Two7 Address Makers | Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India (On-site) Full time | Entry level | 0-2 years experience About the job Two7 Address Makers is a boutique luxury real estate developer based in Bhubaneswar, building premium residential towers including Merlot Heights, Merak Heights, and Magnaura Heights. We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions across the customer journey - from first walk-in to post-booking support - based out of our Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office. Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, queries, and follow-ups - Welcome and coordinate walk-in clients and scheduled site visits - Maintain and update customer records in the CRM - Follow up with clients on documentation, payments,



and booking status - Coordinate with sales, legal, and project teams to resolve client queries - Maintain long-term relationships with customers post-booking Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Excellent communication skills in English and Odia; Hindi is a plus - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) - Presentable, customer-first attitude - Willingness to work across Mancheswar office and Saheed Nagar site office, including weekends How to apply Send your resume to [email protected] with the subject line "Application - CRE - [Your Name]".
