1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Own the full recruitment cycle from initial sourcing and screening to final offer rollout.
- Partner with departmental heads to understand specific hiring requirements and skill gaps.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess cultural fit, technical capability, and salary expectations.

2. Sourcing & Operations
- Deploy advanced sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate logs and feedback.
- Coordinate interview loops and ensure an excellent, transparent candidate experience.

3. Stakeholder & Data Management
- Manage day-to-day relations with external recruitment vendors and placement consultants.
- Track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source mix, and offer acceptance rates.




- Support onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to current hire.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: minimum 6 years of proven experience in corporate recruitment or an agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Sourcing Capability: Strong proficiency in Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local job portals.
- Soft Skills: Sharp communication, confident negotiation, and excellent time-management skills.

Location: Nariman Point (HO)

Experience: 6+ Years

Working Day: 6 Days working (2 Saturdays off)

Work Timing: 9am-6pm
