ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd. is looking for an experienced Foundry Production lead to lead end-to-end foundry operations and drive excellence in safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery .

Lead melting, molding, core making, pouring, shakeout, fettling and related foundry operations.
Deliver production and customer commitments through effective planning and resource utilization.
Drive improvements in casting yield, productivity, furnace utilization and manufacturing efficiency .
Reduce rejection, rework and casting defects through systematic RCA and process improvement.




Ensure adherence to metallurgical, process and quality standards.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Purchase teams for seamless operations.
Build, develop and lead high-performing production teams across shifts.

18–25 years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy engineering / large foundry operations .
~ Strong hands-on experience in large/heavy ferrous castings .
~ Proven track record in improving yield, productivity, quality and cost.
~ Solid leadership and people-management capabilities.
