? Experience: 5+ Years
? Qualification: Diploma / BE / B. Tech – Electrical Engineering
? Industry Experience: Industrial Electronics, Switchgear, Electrical Panel Accessories, Instrumentation, Electromechanical Products
? Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and accounts through structured sales planning and customer visits
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into orders
- Present and demonstrate products, technical capabilities, and value propositions to customers
- Work closely with techno-commercial and engineering teams on datasheets, technical specifications, and customer requirements
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs and Channel Partners
- Achieve sales targets through effective market development and customer engagement
- Track sales activities, leads, visits, opportunities, and forecasts through accurate reporting
- Identify market trends and new product development opportunities based on customer requirements
- Coordinate customer visits, factory visits, technical presentations, and product discussions
- Stay updated on industry developments,
technologies, and applications
? What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔ Result-oriented and customer-focused approach
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to work effectively across sales, engineering, and factory teams
✔ Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
✔ Willingness to travel extensively
✔ Experience in Industrial Electronics / Switchgear / Panel Accessories / Instrumentation / Electromechanical Products will be highly preferred
