Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide effective support for operational activities. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to enhance performance and usability are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks and responsibilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing and customizing user interfaces using component-based frameworks.
- Solid understanding of client-side scripting and Java Script programming.
- Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
