We are seeking a highly skilled Lead BIM Coordinator - ACS with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience to lead project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination , internal team management , reviewing project deliverables , QA/QC oversight , and ensuring timely project delivery .

The role requires strong technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines , a proactive and professional approach to training , BIM implementation , and client interactions .

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.

/n

- Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.

/n

- Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and P&L; objectives.

/n

- Monitor and review project leads’ updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.

/n

- Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.

/n

- Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.

/n

- Coordinate with the Singapore office, clients, and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.

/n

- Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

/n

- Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).

/n





- Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.

/n

- Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.

/n

- Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.

/n

- Demonstrate experience in applying BIM across all disciplines and project domains.

Qualifications

/n

/n

/n

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

/n

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry .

/n

- High proficiency with Revit , Navisworks , and BIM 360 platforms.

/n

- Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.

/n

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

/n

- Passionate, detail-oriented skilled with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.

/n

- Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.

/n

- Additional expertise in Dynamo , 5D CostX , 4D Fuzor , Civil 3D , or Infraworks will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

/n

/n

/n

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent).

/n

- Hands-on experience applying BIM across all disciplines,

/n

- Knowledge of modern construction methods and sustainable engineering practices .

/n

- Experience coordinating with international project teams and adhering to global standards.

/n
