Role Summary

/n

We are looking for a Program Facilitator (Delivery Operations) to own the end-to-end learner journey and ensure a seamless learning experience. The role focuses on learner engagement, academic coordination, operational excellence, and placement readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize learner success.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Own the complete learner lifecycle as the primary point of contact throughout the program.

/n

- Drive learner engagement, attendance, academic progress, and successful program completion.

/n





- Coordinate with mentors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of learning activities, projects, assessments, and presentations.

/n

- Deliver an exceptional learner experience by providing timely academic and operational support.

/n

- Conduct learner audits, Last Mile Preparation (LMP), and placement readiness activities.

/n

- Guide learners in resume building, Linked In optimization, portfolio development, and interview preparation.

/n

- Manage end-to-end placement coordination, including mock interviews, interview scheduling, recruiter coordination, feedback management, and follow-ups.

/n

- Collaborate with Academic, Delivery, Operations, HR, and Placement teams to improve learner outcomes and placement success.

Required Qualifications & Skills

/n

/n

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/n

- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

/n

- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and CRM/LMS platforms.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple learners, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced workplace.
