About the Role

/n

We are looking for an experienced Personal Valet to join a private UHNI household. This is a hybrid role combining personal valet duties with core butler responsibilities — ideal for someone with a strong service background who enjoys both close personal support and formal household service.

Candidates with butler experience looking to broaden their scope are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Manage the principal's wardrobe: organizing, packing, and maintaining garments, accessories, and footwear

/n

- Assist with daily personal presentation, dressing support, and grooming logistics as required

/n

- Provide formal service support — table service, beverage service, and hosting assistance for guests and events

/n

- Coordinate with tailors, stylists, and dry cleaners to maintain wardrobe quality

/n

- Support household coordination alongside other staff (housekeeping, chauffeurs, chefs, security)

/n

- Travel with the principal domestically and internationally,



replicating service standards on the go

- Maintain meticulous inventory of clothing, accessories, silverware, and other personal/household items

/n

- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and logistics tied to personal appointments and events

/n

- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

/n

/n

- Prior experience as a Valet, Butler, Personal Assistant, or in a similar personal/formal service role within a private household or luxury hospitality setting

/n

- Fluent spoken and written English

/n

- Immaculate grooming and skilled presentation

/n

- Willingness to travel internationally at short notice

/n

- Verifiable references from previous employers

/n

Good-to-Have

/n

/n

- Experience working across both personal valet duties and formal butler-style service

/n

- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English

/n

- Valid passport with existing visas for key destinations (US, UK, Schengen)

/n

- Prior exposure to international households or luxury hospitality brands
