Job Title: Senior Associate – Creative Content & copywriter

Role Overview: We're looking for a sharp, versatile Senior Associate to drive content and copywriting across performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and social media. You will write scripts, ad copy, and CRM content that convert, while ensuring every piece of content stays true to brand voice and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance & Influencer Content

- Write and optimize performance marketing scripts for influencer-led campaigns, focusing on hook retention, CTR, and engagement
- Support end-to-end creative development for influencer collaborations — scripts, visual briefs, and shot references for creators
- Use performance insights and creative testing to refine hooks and formats, driving continuous optimization

Copywriting & Content Production

- Create conversion-focused copy for static ads, performance ads, Meta ad creatives, carousels, and CRM communication
- Write reel scripts, WhatsApp journey copies, and customer communication across touchpoints
- Craft copy for marketplaces, catalogues, A+ content, and PDPs

Quality & Consistency

- Perform content quality checks (QC) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment




- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and formats
- Refine tone, structure, and readability before final delivery

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with design, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns
- Coordinate with photography, editing, and production teams to meet timelines
- Research brand tonality, competitors, and target audiences to craft relevant messaging

What You Own:

- Copy quality and consistency across ad, social, and CRM content
- Script development for influencer and performance campaigns
- Content QC and brand voice alignment
- Timely delivery in coordination with cross-functional teams

Skills Required:

- Robust copywriting craft across performance ads, influencer scripts, and social media
- Comfort with CRM communication, microcopy, and video scriptwriting
- Sharp eye for editorial quality, proofreading, and brand consistency
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Meta Ads/performance marketing content is a plus

Non-Negotiables:

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is mandatory
- Prior experience in a Digital-First / D2C brand (not agency or traditional media) is mandatory
- Hands-on experience writing for performance-driven, fast-paced content environments
- Proven experience writing influencer hooks/scripts, with a strong understanding of what drives scroll-stopping, high-retention opening lines
