About the Role

n

We are seeking a confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Supervisor to represent our wellness outlet inside a 5* Hotel in Delhi. This is a guest-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and converting interactions into revenue. The role combines hospitality, relationship-building, and direct sales in a premium hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement & Sales

n

n
- Proactively approach and greet guests in the lobby with confidence and warmth
n
- Introduce guests to our wellness services, express therapies, and special offers
n
- Generate sales by converting walk-in guests through persuasive communication and relationship-building
n
- Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs, time availability, and preferences
n
- Maintain a strong presence in the lounge to maximize visibility and walk-in conversions
n

Revenue Generation & Promotions

n

n
- Consistently work towards daily and monthly sales targets
n
- Support cross-promotions with other outlets of the hotel to drive additional footfall
n
- Assist in executing in-lounge promotions, offers, and campaigns
n
- Capture guest interest efficiently
n

n

n

Guest Experience & Brand Representation

n

n
- Deliver a warm, premium, and professional guest experience at all times
n
- Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the wellness outlet
n




- Address basic guest queries and escalate concerns to the Outlet Manager when required
n
- Ensure the outlet ambience, hygiene, and presentation meet high service standards
n

n

Operational Support

n

n
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth guest flow
n
- Support appointment scheduling and service readiness
n
- Follow SOPs related to service standards, hygiene, and airport compliance
n

n

n

Desired Profile

n

n
- Strong people skills with confidence in initiating conversations with strangers
n
- Sales-driven mindset; experience in credit card sales, club memberships, retail sales, hospitality sales, beauty or wellness services is highly preferred
n
- Comfortable approaching guests and actively promoting services
n
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
n
- Well-groomed, presentable, and qualified demeanor
n
- Responsible, disciplined, and dependable
n
