About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 5-7 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, data modeling, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). You will be responsible for designing, developing,



and maintaining business intelligence solutions to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Create, maintain, and optimize data models, ensuring high performance and data integrity.

- Develop and implement DAX calculations and measures to enhance data analysis capabilities.

- Integrate Power BI with various data sources and ensure seamless data connectivity.

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve BI solutions.

- Implement and manage drill-down functionalities, hierarchies, and interactive visuals to enhance user engagement and data exploration.

- Develop intuitive and user-friendly navigation paths within reports to allow users to easily access detailed data views.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions with Power BI.

- Strong proficiency in DAX and data modeling techniques.

- Experience with data visualization and creating interactive reports and dashboards.

- Solid understanding of relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.

- Experience with scenario handling, including drilldowns, hierarchies, and interactive visuals in Power BI.

- Monitor and enhance report performance through query optimization and effective data modeling.





- Design and manage data refresh strategies using Power BI Service, Automate and monitor scheduled refreshes for reliability.

- Experience with SQL is a must.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with Python or R is a plus.

- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud environments is desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
