Job Title:

Relationship Officer (RO) – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Locations:

Surat, Jamnagar, Bharuch, Rajkot, Vapi

CTC:

Up to ₹4.75 LPA

Age Limit:

Up to 32 years

Experience:

1–4 years preferred
Freshers with strong interest in sales and finance are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients for Loan Against Property (LAP) through both direct and indirect channels.

- Conduct client meetings to understand their financial requirements and assess loan eligibility.

- Explain loan features, repayment terms, interest rates, and documentation needs.

- Liaise with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.

- Maintain robust post-sale relationships to encourage cross-selling and client retention.

- Ensure complete adherence to KYC,



regulatory, and internal compliance guidelines.

- Achieve monthly disbursal and sales targets as assigned by management.

- Generate leads via field visits, market mapping, referrals, and promotional activities.

- Keep up-to-date with competitor products, lending norms, and market developments.

- Maintain daily reports and performance tracking through internal tools or CRM.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Good understanding of mortgage/lending products is preferred.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Local language proficiency is a plus.
