Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for supporting sales activities and ensuring smooth operational processes. This role involves coordinating with sales representatives to manage leads, track opportunities, and update sales reports and dashboards. The Sales Coordinator will liaise with clients and internal teams, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings and calls, and maintain accurate documentation of sales interactions. Daily tasks include assisting with sales proposals,



preparing presentations, following up on pending deals, and supporting customer service requirements tied to sales activities. The role also involves working closely with operations and management to improve sales workflows and contribute to achieving revenue targets.Civil Engineering Graduates with some exposure on building materials /construction related industry – 2 years of experience , freshers also can be considered.

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate sales teams
- Assure quality of sales related equipment and update if necessary
- Monitor team‘s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements

Qualifications

- Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years‘ experience in sales related role
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
