ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and target-driven freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDEs).

As a BDE, you will interact with prospective clients, understand their requirements, generate current business opportunities, and contribute directly to the growth of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present and explain our products/services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, interactions, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings and business discussions when required.





REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, MBA, or any relevant discipline.
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business development are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with clients and handling professional conversations.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven goals.
