Social Media Manager – Ekire
[Location/Remote] | Full time | Up to ₹50,000/month
Ekire is DigiRDP's new-age cloud and VPS hosting brand, built for a generation that expects infrastructure to be fast, reliable, and refreshingly simple. As we gear up for launch, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring Ekire's voice to life across platforms — someone equally comfortable planning a content calendar and getting hands-on with the camera or edit timeline.
About the Role
You'll own Ekire's social media presence end-to-end — across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook — including strategy, content creation, community engagement, and performance. This role blends creative execution with growth thinking, and you'll work closely with the Founder's Office to shape how Ekire shows up online from day one.
What you'll do:
Platform Management
- Manage and grow Ekire's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook
- Tailor content format, tone, and strategy to each platform's audience and best practices
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence and brand voice across all channels
Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit Reels independently — from concept to final cut
- Collaborate with external agencies and creators to scale content production
- Design static posts, carousels, and creatives using Canva
- Create AI-generated videos and visuals to speed up content production and experiment with new formats
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and launches
Influencer Marketing
- Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and creators
- Negotiate collaborations and manage briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Track influencer campaign performance and ROI
Growth, SEO & Ads
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, X Ads, etc.)
- Apply basic SEO principles to organic content and captions for discoverability




- Monitor platform analytics and adjust content/ad strategy based on performance
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats
Community & Brand
- Manage day-to-day posting, comments, and community engagement across all platforms
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team on cross-platform campaigns
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing multiple social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook) simultaneously
- Proven experience creating Reels independently (not just briefing others)
- Experience working with content/marketing agencies on execution and coordination
- Strong proficiency in Canva
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos and using AI content tools
- Experience running or coordinating influencer marketing campaigns
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and paid social/ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar)
- A strong eye for trends, aesthetics, and what makes content perform
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus points:
- Experience launching or growing a brand's social presence from scratch
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or infrastructure/hosting space
