About the Role

n

ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd. is looking for an experienced Foundry Production lead to lead end-to-end foundry operations and drive excellence in safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery .

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead melting, molding, core making, pouring, shakeout, fettling and related foundry operations.
n
- Deliver production and customer commitments through effective planning and resource utilization.
n
- Drive improvements in casting yield, productivity, furnace utilization and manufacturing efficiency .
n
- Reduce rejection, rework and casting defects through systematic RCA and process improvement.
n
- Ensure adherence to metallurgical,



process and quality standards.
n
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Purchase teams for seamless operations.
n
- Lead Lean, TPM, Kaizen, cost-reduction and continuous-improvement initiatives .
n
- Ensure a strong culture of shop-floor safety, compliance and operational discipline.
n
- Build, develop and lead high-performing production teams across shifts.

Ideal Candidate

n

n

n
- 18–25 years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy engineering / large foundry operations .
n
- Solid hands-on experience in large/heavy ferrous castings .
n
- Proven track record in improving yield, productivity, quality and cost.
n
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
n
