About the Role

We're looking for a Furniture Installation In-Charge / Supervisor with 5–8 years of experience in the custom furniture industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience in installing custom furniture, millwork, wardrobes, and paneling, and should be capable of independently managing installation teams and PAN India outstation projects.

Responsibilities

- Supervise installation of custom furniture, millwork, wardrobes, and paneling.
- Manage installation teams and coordinate with site teams and clients.
- Ensure accurate installation as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site installation and technical issues.
- Coordinate material, manpower, tools, and site requirements.
- Handle outstation projects across PAN India.
- Maintain installation reports and project updates.





Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in the custom furniture industry.
- Mandatory experience in furniture installation, millwork, wardrobes, and paneling.
- Strong knowledge of furniture installation, hardware, tools, and site execution.
- Ability to independently manage installation teams at project sites.
- Willingness to travel and handle PAN India outstation projects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates without custom furniture industry experience should not apply.
