Reporting To: PMO Lead / Program Manager / SAP Transformation Lead

Organization Overview

Support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for steel manufacturing organizations with responsibility for governance, planning, reporting and stakeholder management.

Role Purpose

Drive governance and execution excellence across SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield programs through planning, reporting, risk management and leadership communication.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain project plans, milestones and resource trackers.

Prepare governance reports and executive dashboards.

Manage RAID logs and mitigation plans.

Coordinate SAP functional, technical and business teams.

Support testing, cutover, data migration and go-live activities.

Track budgets, schedules and KPI adherence.

Required Experience

2-4 years of SAP implementation/transformation experience.

Minimum one Greenfield SAP implementation project.

Minimum one Brownfield migration/conversion project.

Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
