Job Description – MIS Executive Industry: Retail & Apparel | Focus: Google Sheets & Sales MIS

Job Purpose To manage retail sales data and develop accurate, efficient MIS reports using advanced Google Sheets formulas, data analysis and reporting tools .

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain sales, product, style code, color, designer and transaction data .
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and financial-year-wise sales MIS .
Analyze sales by Style Code, Product Category, Color, Designer and Month .
Identify Top & Bottom selling styles/products and sales trends.
Prepare product-wise and year-wise sales comparison reports .
Develop automated reports using Google Sheets formulas and functions .
Create and maintain Pivot Tables, dashboards, summaries and management reports .
Perform data cleaning, validation and reconciliation to ensure 100% data accuracy .
Identify sales trends, variances and anomalies and provide actionable insights to management.
Improve existing MIS formats and automate repetitive reporting processes.





Mandatory Google Sheets Skills Strong hands-on knowledge of:
SUMIF / SUMIFS | COUNTIF / COUNTIFS | QUERY | FILTER | SORT | UNIQUE | INDEX-MATCH | XLOOKUP | IF / IFS | IFERROR | ARRAYFORMULA | TEXT / DATE functions | Pivot Tables | Data Validation | Conditional Formatting

Candidate Profile 2–4 years of experience in MIS / Sales MIS / Retail Reporting .
Strong Google Sheets expertise is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of retail sales and inventory data .
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to convert raw data into meaningful management reports .
Experience in Apparel / Fashion / Lifestyle Retail preferred.
