Job Title:

Sales Officer / Sales Manager – Product: Vyapar Shakti (LAP)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and achieve business targets for Vyapar Shakti (LAP) product in the assigned territory.

- Generate leads through field visits, channel partners, and cold calls.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.

- Manage the entire loan processing cycle – sourcing, documentation, credit evaluation support, and disbursal coordination.

- Collaborate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing.

- Build strong relationships with channel partners, DSA, and local business communities.





- Provide periodic market intelligence and competitor insights to improve strategies.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Track and report sales performance and pipeline status regularly.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (preferably with MBA or Finance background).

- 1–5 years of experience in LAP/MSME/SME lending, NBFCs/Banks/Fintech preferred.

- Valuable understanding of local markets and property documentation.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel locally and meet customers in person.
