Working model: Remote, Mumbai-based candidates will be required to work from our Mumbai office

Days: Monday to Friday

n

Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm

n

Budget: 7 to 10 LPA (depending on experience)

n

Experience: 3-6 years (experience in wellness, edtech, or digital platforms is a plus)

n

About the Role: We are looking for a relationship-driven Creator Partnerships Manager to build and scale SoulSensei’s network of spiritual guides, wellness experts, coaches, astrologers, and conscious creators. This role will focus on identifying high-quality partners, building long-term relationships, managing onboarding journeys, and enabling creators to successfully launch and grow on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Identify and onboard creators aligned with the SoulSensei ecosystem
n
- Build relationships across meditation, yoga, healing, devotional, and wellness communities
n
- Conduct discovery and onboarding conversations with potential collaborators




n
- Assess creator fit based on offerings, audience relevance, and platform alignment
n
- Manage end-to-end onboarding including profile setup, documentation, scheduling, and launch coordination
n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth creator activation
n
- Maintain onboarding pipelines, records, and communication updates
n
- Track emerging creators, practices, and trends within the spirituality and wellness space
n
- Suggest ideas for new workshops, experiences, and community-led offerings
n

Who We’re Looking For

n

n
- 3-6 years of experience in onboarding, partnerships, creator management, community building, or business development
n
- Prior exposure to spirituality, wellness, mindfulness, yoga, healing, or conscious living spaces is strongly preferred
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conversations with ease
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
n
- Understanding of creator-led or community-driven ecosystems is a plus
n
- Passion for spirituality, wellness, or self-growth is highly desirable
n
