ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Research Psychologist to join our academic team as a PhD Guide & Research Supervisor. The selected candidate will play a key role in mentoring doctoral scholars, guiding research work, supporting coursework, and ensuring high academic and research standards throughout the PhD journey of Psychology scholars.This position is ideal for a passionate academic who enjoys research supervision, scholarly writing, and mentoring future researchers in psychology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and mentor PhD scholars throughout their research journey.
Guide scholars in selecting and refining research topics and research methodology.
Review and provide feedback on research proposals, synopsis, literature reviews, and thesis drafts. Ensure research quality, academic integrity, and compliance with ethical research standards.
Assist in planning and delivering PhD coursework, research methodology sessions, and academic workshops.
Support scholars in data analysis, interpretation of results, and scientific writing.
Provide guidance on journal publications, conference papers, and research presentations.
Monitor scholar progress and maintain appropriate academic documentation.




Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of doctoral programs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
PhD in Psychology from a recognized university - Must have
Minimum 10 years of academic, research, or research supervision experience after completion of the PhD.
Demonstrated experience in guiding postgraduate or doctoral research.
Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Excellent academic writing, reviewing, and mentoring skills.
Experience with research tools, statistical analysis, and publication processes is preferred.
Solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Published research in reputed national or international journals.
Skilled in using SPSS for statistical analysis and research.
Experience serving as a PhD guide, thesis evaluator, or research mentor.
Familiarity with APA formatting, plagiarism standards, and research ethics.
Experience in interdisciplinary or applied psychology research will be an added advantage.
